Otro estudio de Deloitte hacia ejecutivos demostr\u00f3 que los l\u00edderes de la empresa reconocen esta influencia, raz\u00f3n por la cual <em>casi el 80% de los ejecutivos califican la experiencia de los empleados como muy importante o importante.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Determina tu prioridad:<\/strong> identifica en cu\u00e1les aspectos de la experiencia del empleado se enfocar\u00e1 tu organizaci\u00f3n. No hay un lugar correcto o incorrecto para comenzar: todo depende de las prioridades de tu organizaci\u00f3n en este momento.<\/li><li><strong>Sondea tus empleados y captura datos:<\/strong>&nbsp; Una vez que hayas determinado tu principal prioridad, lo m\u00e1s importante es comenzar a capturar comentarios. Se necesita tiempo para recopilar suficientes datos para empezar a establecer v\u00ednculos y contar historias sobre la experiencia de los empleados.<\/li><li><strong>Mant\u00e9n una mentalidad abierta:<\/strong>&nbsp; Ante las sensaciones que recopiles, recuerda mantener una visi\u00f3n objetiva y abierta ante la posibilidad de problemas, incomodidades y entendimientos encontrados, todo es v\u00e1lido ante la experiencia individual de tu personal; justamente el objetivo es recopilarlos para alinear experiencias.<\/li><li><strong>Genera v\u00ednculo:<\/strong> Si deseas desarrollar una comprensi\u00f3n integral de todo el ciclo de vida de los empleados, es importante crear v\u00ednculos hacia y desde otros contenidos y datos. Por ejemplo: si realizas una encuesta de compromiso, esos datos tambi\u00e9n pueden ayudarte a ver en qu\u00e9 factores debes enfocarte en tu encuesta de salida. Aseg\u00farate que tus encuestas est\u00e9n personalizadas para programas espec\u00edficos en lugar de usar preguntas est\u00e1ndar que no aborden la ra\u00edz del problema.<\/li><li><strong>Dales peso a tus acciones:<\/strong> Las encuestas de experiencia de los empleados brindan mucha informaci\u00f3n valiosa. Pero no tienen sentido si no las usas para tomar acci\u00f3n. Mira sus resultados y \u00fasalos para modificar los programas de toda la organizaci\u00f3n y enf\u00f3cate en los resultados detallados.
